PC won't detect ipod nano?

Any ideas what would cause this? I connected the nano via USB and it starts to charge but does not sync up with itunes and is not recognised in My Computer either.

Never had this before and was wondering if it;s anything to do with version 1.1, which i installed yesterday?

I had the same problem for when using my nano for the first time, go onto the website and download the latest drivers, worked for me, annoying that you cant just drag and drop from folders without using the itunes software

Just needed to do the menu and select button reset thing
