PCI Network card help please

Can someone inform me if there is such a thing as a smaller PCI network card. I purchased one to fit my new ACER compact desktop PC and it wont fit.

It looks like it needs a smaller than standard size, do such items exist?

does anywhere do wireless cards this size? Maplin only seems to have wired cards in.
