Pearl Black 172 (51 Plate) Parked up in Kidderminster today

Saw this parked up in Kiddy today, was on a 51 plate. Looked fairly standard bar some drilled discs and the standard wheels painted black, Tidy tho !

It had a Cliosport tax disc holder so must be someone from here ?
