people help before first service

hi lads/ladies

just wanted to ask u lot a few questions coming up to my first service 12k after only 9 months aghhh anyway i think i have a few probs

1, like i have read on here if i boot it then jump of the gas there is a big kinda of thud

2, if i push the car through the first too gears too quickly it has a big shudder ie is this the engine mount thingy??

3, and final question any one no the best local reno garage to service my motor im from harrow do not say reno london west either as ive had too many runin s with them

any help would be greatful

Patience Anakin, its been only 40 minutes since you posted. Have you tried doing a search or using the Renault dealers forum.... i.e. pay your fiver...?

Shudder sound like axle tram not much you can do, the engines so big and powerful putting power down can be difficult so the wheeels jump a bit.

Have the gear stick/gear box etc mounts check for tightness it shouldnt jusmp out of gear if its correctly adjusted.

If you become a member you can post or look at the dealership part of the forum for any good garages. Id look for you but Im up north so no idea whats next to what.
