petrol cap problem

Hi all its really anoying me now and it was like it wheny dad brought it for me but my petrol cap does not sit flush where it should be it sticks out and the side of it is sort of cathing the corners and scrapping the paint how can i fix this

Nah i havent yet mate cars having its m.o.t done sorry i just sort of hangs out to much on the left if thats and goid it dos noylt sit flush lool

can you see if anythings bent/deformed around that area in any way?
