Ph 1 172 bad idle and power loss

Basically the first few minutes after driving my car from cold the cars power will just suddenly stop. I will drive along put my foot to the floor and power is totally gone. Car sounds like the ignition has been turnt off and slowly slow down until I take my foot off tthe throttle and put it back on but have to dip tthe clutch and rev the engine for it to drive.

Also the car like the idle all over the place, sometimes at 1000rpm and sometimes at 2000rpm.

I believe they could both be down to a sensor but not sure what one.
I've changed the leads, coil pack and inlet gaskets as I had a different miss fire before hand.

any help would be great people

Are you sure you Havant got an air leak from the top inlet manifold

Yea pretty sure as I've changed the gaskets. If it's idling funny I can rev it and it will got back to the normally idle rpm

Deffo electrical but could be anything... needs looking at to say i'm afraid.

I had one do this a while ago. Was fuel pump.
