Ph1 172 & ph2 172 cup HELP.....

Been offerd an 172 ph1 exhaust will this fit on my ph2 172 cup help please

No, they differ... I don't know what specifically differs, but if I remember correctly it's the backbox.

What type of exhaust? If its aftermarket s/s they normally come with a sliding adjustable collar to adjust the length of the middle.
If its standard possibly it all depends on if the ph1 has 1 or 2 lambda's in the cat as i think the ph 1 with two lamdba sensors is the same size etc as the others.
If its one lambda sensor only its an inch or so shorter

The backbox is the same, but it has a longer centre section due to the cat being shorter.
