Yeah, as easy as any springs are. Only sticking point is the top mount but try that whislt its on teh ground and asap. If they dont shift then get them buzzed off and put back on at a decent tightness so you can get home and hand loosen them.

Ah nice thats the height I was hoping they would lower to perfect ride height for me. Any difference in handling?

Yeah, on smooth roads its defo improved. Dave reckoned it was improved everywhere but its been so long since I've driven a standard car. I reckon on some bumpier roads its sometimes too bumpy. Feel free to drive mine if you're covered. Although its also on Konis.

Nah I'm not covered unfortunately cheers for the offer though mate not really bothered about the bumpiness the car inly get's used at weekends so not really in it long enough for it to annoy me ha. I've bought them anyway along with a powerflex dogbone mount so they should make a nice wee change to it.

Nah Elephant wouldn't put that on my policy because of my age even though I'm fully comp it's due for renewal in a couple of months so hopefully I can get 3rd party on my new policy because I want to drive about in my brothers 225 cup ha, Yeah I will mate hopefully get the dogbone fitted next weekend along with the springs you can have a shot of mine see if you think it makes any difference before you go of and buy one.
