I haven't seen one on the road in ages and saw one yesterday.

What a good looking car they are now! Didn't use to like the front end on them but much prefer them to the 172 now.

Only ever had one before which was an exclusive but seeing that one had me heading to the classifieds.

Best looking of the bunch. The sport bits look a bit more "stuck-on" than on the Ph.2, but that really adds to the appeal for me.

I wished I'd kept my old ph1 and got it sprayed but at the time it wasn't worth it. Hindsight I guess.

Trying to find a mint one with no rust is hard now.

They just look cool.

I think they look great from the front (better than 1*2) but shite at the back. The back bumper has always looked wrong to me.

They have that effect. My mk1 is in a million pieces in the garage, it will realistically never get finished, but I can't bear to part with it. It's a member of the family! Lol
