Looking at refitting the ph1 airbox instead of the induction kit which is currently fitted to the car. The battery has been moved to the boot of the car so there is alot of spare space in the engine bay.
Is there any reason why the airbox is sat vertically apart from the space it takes up?
Im looking at fixing the airbox horizontal so there is just a small piece of hose between the airbox and the TB meaning its straight rather than the typical 90 degree bend.
any reason why not to do this?
thanks
