Ph1 and Ph2 172 Exhausts.

Just a quick question, what are the differences between ph1 and ph2 exhausts, ie fitment etc.

I only ask as I have a Magnex backbox and straight through centre pipe (from cat) which came off my car. A lad at work knows someone who wants it but owns an 02 172. I don't think it fits.
