thought id start a progress thread for my 1.4 ph1 bought completely std 3months ago, now has
oz super ts
raceland coilovers
rainsport 2's all round
ph2 rear lights
sport spoiler
dewipered black badges etc
fogs
straight through system
ph2 door strips

plans include:
clear side reps
sort out my dodgy camber
polybush
machine up a 1 off polybush dogbone
enjoy car!
had a uch problem when i bought it, had no indicators but all sorted also needed a new driveshaft and cv boot, but overall very pleased! will get good photos soon

Looks good! I hope it´s a 1.4 16v otherwise change the bullets. You may add dualoptics, would improve the front end a bit more.

will be selling pollybushed wishbones in a month if it interest you,
saves you having to have the old bushes pressed out and the new ones welded in!!

bought some service stuff the other day, oil filter plugs, fuel filter and under seal

had to grind my own super sump plug ratchet, as im too cheap to buy one!

gave the bay a clean up

started underselaing behind the bumpers, i know it doesnt really need it, but peace of mind

all done!

i thought that, but carlube always seems to reccomend slightly thinner than everyone else! hah no chance, im using it to reshell a 172 later on in the year

15mm spacers arrived, so i spent the weekend setting up my camber, as i was running 1degree positive to just clear my coilovers!

got my camber gauge on, quality piece of kit!

also got these left over from a previous car

started making up a subframe

and turned down some 35mm spacers for the sill side as it mounts lower

subframe will be bolted through these, i can make up larger ones if it sits too low

got one bucket mounted tonight, so, so pleased!
painted up my frame, and mocked it up, fitted perfect first time!
