ph1 > ph2 dash electrics

People who have put a ph2 dash in a ph1. I used a ph2 indicator and wiper stalks. I've had to change the wiper one back to ph1 as the intermittent setting didn't work.
But now the battery seems to be draining over night. And you can faintly see indicator icons lit up on the instrument pannel all the time. I'm guessing that could be the issue.
Does anyone know if they have different part numbers? They do look similar, but then again so do the wiper stalks and they are different.

Is the phase 2 dash plug and play in a phase 1?

It bolts straight in, but electrics arent a straight swap. Theres a guide on here I think.
