ph1 ph2 help please

Hiyas im abit lost here just want to clarify something,

under my bonnet there is a sticker on the underside of it that says ph1 ph2 etc
ph1 is ticked so im kinda lost i take it my car is a ph2 mk2 172 just wondering why the ph1 is ticked lol

I don't even know what sticker you're on about tbh. lol Take a pic of it.

its dark outside lol give me a few mins to figure out how to delete a pic from the cam as its full i'll get the torch out and take a pic

sometimes they are on the fusebox cover.. i think it might be unrelated to do with manufacturing checks tbh
