PH2 172: cup front wheel hubs on a full fat?

Need to fit a new front nearside wheel hub, as garage has told me the lower suspension arm balljoint hole has been enlarged due to being badly fitted previously.

I need a decisive answer as to whether a 172 cup hub will fit on my 172 full fat. Both PH2. e.g. does lack of ABS make any difference etc?
