phase 1 172 d/s window not working

been to renault to pick up my new switch and found that my window still doesnt work, i can hear it clicking down near the fuses and stuff,but it still desnt work, any one know what is wrong with it,also the bit in the window cant be broken because it went off for a few days but then started working again, i have unpluged all the fuses and ther stuff but no difference, please help guys coz renault would charge me a frtune to diagnose it.

you may find the cable to operate the window from the motor has broken.
Pull off the door card and find out.

someone else suggested that b4 but why work 1 day then not the next but then wrk again

thats common, ring matt at specialist breakers in accrington, you need a new window mechanism
