Is it possible to fit phase 2 d/shafts to a phase 1, understand the phase 2 has an extra support bearing on the shaft, any disadvantages?

I had a phase 1 shaft in my phase 2 for a while so it should work. Increased torque steer was the only "issue".

Yeah, that's what I am hoping the phase 2 ones will help reduce torque steer
