Phone insurance

At the moment Im paying £10/month for my K800i, and its insured for anything. Am I right in thinking, if I wait until they no longer sell the k800i I can smash it up and they'll have to give me a phone for the equivalent price that I paid for?

Read your T&C, usually it will show the stipulations where it will say "model replaced with identical or similar comparative model".

They're buggers though, they often use every loophole under the sun to get out of paying out!
