Photo edit software, help.

I'm after a simple photo edit software package, don't want to spend loads.

Went to Rome a couple of months back, taken about 400 pics and everyone has a mark on them due to a mark on the camera sensor. The camera has since been cleaned at working 100%, but now need something to edit this mark off the pics....

Any recommendations?

download a trial for photoshop for 30days from adobe.com

Gimp is also free.

Using a trial of photoshop would be a good call though.
