Photo Library Won't Delete

I have a 5s on Ios8, if I look in settings it shows 2.6GB used for Photo Library, however I've deleted all but a few photos off the phone. If I plug into a PC, Itunes shows photos taking up 2.6GB of space even if I tick or untick the sync photos option. If I browse the iphone through windows explorer, it shows a few photos taking up 100meg of space.

Where the hell are these 2.6gb of photos and how do I get rid of them??

Figured it out, recently deleted stuff was taking up all the space, was full of videos I'd deleted.
