I recently bought some photo paper from PC World. Kodak Ultima photo paper. The first few prints were brilliant. I hadn't printed any photos for about 3 weeks. I printed some yesterday and the ink doesn't seem to be soaking in the paper properly, they come out as a satin with wet ink rather than glossy. I've taken the paper back and got a refund as they had no more in stock.
Should paper go off once opened? Theres nothing on the packaging saying it needs to be used all at once.
Where can I get decent cheap 6 x 4 paper from, preferably shop based so I can return it if I have a similar problem.
The Kodak paper was £5.97 for 60 sheets. 270gm and 250 microns.
