Thinking of replacing the lights on my ph1.

Has anyone got photos of a ph1 with ph 2 lights?

cheers fella, has to be the first mod on a ph1, along with silverviions and clear side repeaters. and my exhaust isnt wonky anymore, nice and straight!!! lol

steer clear of lexus lights not very popular on here
personally you cant beat the mk2 ph2 ones. you done any mods to your mk1 172??

That's good advice thanks Garf,

The only mod i've done is fit a Koni fully adjustable suspention kit.

I'm thinking I'll fit a magnex oval exhaust then maybe do something with the air filter. That'll be about it I reckon.

I do really like the look of the standard car.

I may be a bit biased, but I do think the standard phase 1 172 looks good. I think the phase 2 rear lights and bumper etc makes it look something that it is not.

I love it in standard form tbh. That is what it was meant to be from the factory.

sweet looking ph-quick there chris like it,
tbh im not a fan of putting alot of ph2 things on either id go as far as rear lights and side strips.

But the standard rear end looks identical to the shopping models :S

Those big gay triangular reflectors are what spoils the older style lights!

yep those reflectors ruin the ph1 style lights. although they dont look bad on red clio's
