Photo request: Clio 172 cup alternator set-up

Got all the 172 cup alternator set up to fit on the PH-1 this week..

Just wanting to see a few photos of the set-up fitted to give me a better idea of the mess I shall be getting into

Remove everything, install alternator and bracket, fit belt. Done.

Oh it can be hard... especially with me doing it!

it's really simple, i put one together today

the small blue bracket bolts near the top of the block and is the pivot for the alternator. the large bracket needs the PAS pump bolting to it AFTER fitting the bracket to the block.

Did you fit a different PAS line to clear the new alternator set-up Danny?

Ive heard it can be "bent" out of the way... but unsure about this tbh

yes, you need a new line on the high pressure side

buy a cup one, or have the old one cut and re-swaged by a hydraulic hose company

Get a cup one would be easiest I reckon like Danny says.

How much did it cost you to get a new line made up?
