photoshop needed...White wheels

is there a easy way to do that on photoshop

Yea its pretty simple, i used photoshop elements for this one though as im not on my mac. Just select using the circle tool to get the alloy, then use the magic wand to deselect parts you dont want and then either use a paint brush with a low opacity or in elements i use the colour variations.
