Photoshop Request: Lower and Black Wheels

Hiya

Would anyone mind to colour my wheels gloss black, color code the strips and lower 40mm please? I've never asked before so I'm not sure if this image is okay? Free king size mars bars when I see you though (at a meet) for effort!

I had a quick go in Paint.net and it was "Okay" but its not a great program.
