Pic Request - Spax 60mm springs on non 172/182 Mk2 Clio

As Title - If you have any pictures they would be appreciated - also if any one has any pictures shwoing side profile of any non 172/182 MK 2 clios with lowering springs fitted please post them - also please state what make & model springs - need to decide whats best to get with 17 inch wheels

looks mint - and love those wheels - but if its a bit too harsh I think I best go for the 35mm versions - its my girlfriends car and she wont like it if its really bad. Plus it would be as low as mine and that would mean we could never park in a multi storey car park!

Any one got the 35mm spax ssx springs fitted??

tbh mate i dont have any problems with carparks or speedbumps what so over. can even carry 5 people in the back. will let you know what its like when ive got new shockers on.

17"s, Spax 60mm, (same set of springs as above, I sold them on to russ9898). Please note though mate, I don't jest, it was f**king harsh.

bet them 17s didnt help the ride quality much?

i think they were the problem, its the tyre wall which makes the big difference. Looks ace, drives sh*t.

lol handles well to be fair and the ride is fine for me as long as im anywere in staffordshire except stoke-on trent (worlds worst roads) but unfortunately i work in stoke so have to go there everyday

its like when i had them on my old car back in Wales, you could drive in either direction on perfect roads, as soon as I went back to my home town the roads were awful, pot hole and patchwork city.

cheers for the pictures Gareth - think I agree though - with 17's and a 60mm drop its gonna be harsh - 35 mm it is - my mate works for spax so get them half price so only gonna cost about £45

So are we recommending that we don't have a 60mm drop with 17"s ??

Would a 40mm drop be as harsh ? My BM has a 60mm drop with 18"s and that was very harsh !

Are you just getting the springs, i thought youre suposed to get the full kit if youre going 60mm heard the standard dampers leak or somethin?
