Some pics of mine... really easy to install when positioned like this, although I've had some issues getting the bluetooth control holder to stick as its not a flat surface, screen / mic are fine tho)
If you want more pics of something specific let me know.
Do you have any issues which the screen getting in the way positioned there ? My only concern is I dont want to be removing the screen every time I leave the clio - I think it could get mistaken for a mini sat nav and generate unwanted interest
In terms of getting in and out of the car it doesn't get in the way at all. The screen does detach from the mount and unless I'm parked at home I take the screen and Bluetooth control out of the car just so thieves aren't tempted. I guess if you mounted it elsewhere it might be less obvious though... One thing I would say is that in the dark the screen reflects slightly off the drivers side window and wing mirror which is slightly annoying, even if I put the brightness right down.
Here's mine t'other morning (click the photos for larger images):
Mounting the remote with 'exterior' grade sticky pads has helped it stay in place, although i've had to replace them after 6months.
I need to improve the cable run into the glovebox though, have got a few cable-tie bases to hold it in place.
Putting it here means myself or the passengers can see the screen and either of us in the front can use the remote.
