well the time has come to purchase a new cat-back system for the cup. Looking to see what some of you guys bought, pics, prices, names and performance gains? Im not to keen on having to cut the bumper but it wont hurt for you guys who have still posting up you pics etc:)

I like the exhaust thats on the cup just now but now want something with a bit more quality, lighter and well fitting

I had the stealth on my 172, switched to it after having the one pictured above (Magnex twin 3"?). It was way too loud and large for my liking, to top it off it was poorly fitted, used to hang low and swing about :(

Stealth was pefrect for me, just loud enough and had a nice rasp with the ITG panel filter. If you want it to be visible though I'd go single 2.5" and then take the plunge cutting the bumper..

3 1/2 slash cut, recessed into bumper with 182 trim around looks nice imho

Newbie question here.

What version of a clio do u have? :S

Larini are probably THE best exhaust ive ever came across, got one for my VXT

Customer service is shocking though

Haz, he's on LPG i think...

Recessed exhaust looks the best on 172's IMO although yours look nay bad as it doesnt hang and sits tight to the bumper.. :)

Lovely car buddy.

to clear it up for some of you that have never heard of fuel below £1 a litre i run on lpg and its 106 octane :p at 59 pence

and my car is a 1.2 8v obviously converted to lpg on a fully sequential lovato system (lovato a sister company to tartarini the same stuff the royal family use)

exhaust is a custom ASS stainless exhaust
i have packed mounting at the back with rubber pipe to hold it even more solid
if anyone want me to post little bits of rubber pipe to them to also do this just pm me :D

I remember hearing.......hearing...still hearing then seeing the newms cup when i was outside chelmsford library, thats a real exhaust lol !

Slashcut into the bumper is what ive got, didnt choose it but i would have done given the opportunity!

such a hard decision ...................... think its going to be a k-tec stealth system tbh:cool: unless anything else catches my eye:D

either go for a stealth system, or a single 2.5 slash cut system cut into the bumper with a a 182 trim.

i don't like the look of exhausts hanging below the bumper. they look as if they are falling off.
