picture fize size

i took some pics with my digital camera and wanr to send them by email.but they are all about 2mb fize size. how can i reduce them to make the file size smaller. im not to bothered about losing a bit of quality.

Nothing really, jpeg's (usual default image format) is already compressed. Best way to reduce the file size is to physically reduce the image size. I tend to resize to 800x600 when sending pics or uploading them anywhere.
