O ollie Apr 26, 2007 #9 erm, just open it in paint, then just File > save... cos paint saves the image in a shitter quality the filesize should drop or open it with photoshop, and File > save, it should come up with a quality thing, just lower the slider.

Click to expand... way 2 much hastle, the microsoft does the job fine and can do batch conversions.
