Pioneer head unit / renault disc changer

Ive just picked up my phase 1 172 and found a 6 disc changer under the seat, does anyone know if I can buy a lead to connect this changer to my Pioneer DVD head unit

Probably not.

The cable is £86 from Renault to connect to a normal heard unit wich you might be able to bodge to fix (Ive got the wring diagram if you want).
