Pioneer patch lead to use stslk controls, Help with fitting!!!!

Hi guys

bought this off e bay for my 182 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/270474874015?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 as was told it will fit, it does but I have no idea where or how to plug the steering wheel control plug or how to make them work!!!!

Any tips on fitting as im bloody baffled ha ha.
