Planet Polish WS&S

  Bumder With A Buffer
Planet Polish Wheel Seal and Shine is my new love :)

After hearing about it on DW and on recommendation from Russ and Alex on here I got some this week and used it on the wheels whilst I was doing the coilies (see thread in Media)

Used Bilberry wheel Cleaner (which again is awesome and I have used this for months), a layer of SRP then some Planet Polish to finish it off...

Excuse the marks on the inside wheel, these seem to be yellow from the calipers (thanks Dan ;)!!! xxx)

Bloody impressed with the stuff...although my tub seemed about 3/4 full for some reason :(

Today I did the rears as well and the fronts had a bit of brake dust on them, from fitting new mintex pads on the fronts yesterday to replace my SHITTY I repeat SHITTY EBC Greenstuff, and it just wiped off easily :)

Would Recommend this stuff to anyone wanting something to protect wheels..The shine doesnt show up so much on my dark ones but if you look at alex-avfc's on here you'l see what they look like with them :)

Glad you like it mate - packaging is a bit cheap and nasty, but the product is awesome...

Looks like a good product.

Oh an fook me thats low on the front lol.

Tis a very good product.. Il see how it handles with the mintex dust in the next week.

Front was 20mm lower last night and I couldn't get on my rents driveway forwards! Had to reverse in and adjusted it 10mm higher, then this morning I heard a scrape over a speed bump so took it up another 10mm :) if you look in the media thread ul see how it was last night! Wish I could of kept it like that :(

Fk is next on the list.

Here's a question for the more knowledgeable detailers!

is there a point when adding too many products doesn't work anymore??

I mean SRP, followed by planet polish WSAS, then fk on top would be silly???

No not really, you can dull the finish with too many protectants, but other than that, it is just wastage that would be a concern.

Good lad ;)

Looks to have brought those up a treat! Car looks great too on the coilovers :)

Really seems to add something to the finish of the wheels don't you think?

I imagine SRP before would be pointless as I guess the Planet Polish to be a cleansing/mild abrasive type product anyway, topping with FK should be a good idea though.

Oh and cheers for the mention of my shiny wheels ;)
