Please help 1.2 8v clearance figures

I hope someone can help. I decided this morning to adjust the rattly tappet on one of the cylinders. I've done it before so I didn't need the Haynes to get it ready for adjustment.........After an hour looking for the Haynes (Inlet/Exhaust clearance figures and order of adjustment needed). I can't find it so I've got an 1149cc clio in bits and the prospect of having to put it all back together to go and buy a new Haynes manual. Does anybody out there have the figures available??? Any info gratefully received. Cheers, Jason.

Inlet = 0.10mm
Exhaust = 0.20mm
