Please identify engine sound (video included)

Year 2000, Ph1 172. After recently removing PAS & aircon this rattle has started at idle when cold. Crank pulley is wobbling and is being replaced and I'm unsure if this noise is coming from there or dephaser. Please watch 15 sec video and give me your thoughts.
Rattle disappears with revs and as engine warms....

Thank christ for that. That's what I thought initially but funny how you listen a few more time and become more worries.
Truly horrible sound though, you can see the crank pulley wobble at idle and see it straighten with revs. In tomorrow morning!
