i was sittin at the traffic lights minding my own business till i was rudely hit by a pizza hut guy in an astra estate,he scrapped down the side of my cra and ripped my bumper off he then sped off luckily a witness helped me persue the man half way round dagenham and helped restrain him till the police arrived. he turned out to be all legal:S and the police didnt do him for leaving the scene of an accident because he stopped within a 24hr time period, the law baffles me

true i've got two claims on my policy, both off my scooter non fault calims. Have to declare them for 1 more year before they're over 3 years old. direct line didnt charge me forn the though.

If i find a company that does charge me i may just play the I though it only ment cars line, i didnt declare them last year.

Don't see why it increases your premium when you've done nothing wrong. Its unfair discrimination imo

I disagree to a certain extent, loads of times i have stopped crashes from happening because can "sense" someone is going to do something stupid.

Someone who's crap driving can still crash more even if it's not their fault
