Popping from the rear suspension?

As above over the last couple of weeks my suspension has on occasion made what can only be described as a pop.

I imagine its a common problem but I don't know what the problem is?

have you got a broken coil spring?

I really don't know, I'll get it jacked up tomorrow.

check the coil springs mate, we fit loads to clio's!!!

Have you fitted new coilovers? Maybe its the springs or adjuster isnt sitting right and its moving slightly? Sounding like a popping?

It has standard springs and shocks from new. It's an 04 plate with 45000 miles on it.

F**ked..? Have you got underneath it and had a look? Sorry I cant be of anymore help!

I had it up this afternoon and I can't see any problems with the springs, any other suggestions?
