Portable hard drive

I'm looking for a portable hard drive to back up all my music, photos etc on. I'm not looking for anything more than 500GB, even 250GB is probably enough.

I've found a few IOMEGA, Seagate, Western Digital all around the £40-£60 mark. I'm not au fait with what to look for with these. Would a £35 320GB IOMEGA be as reliable as a £200 1TB one? Just looking for something reliable but cheap enough.

I use a WD Passport and its brilliant, its 320GB, think it was £50. But its the nice of a passport (hence its name) and about 15mm thick.

Really good tool, use it for all what you want it for.

Would a £35 320GB IOMEGA be as reliable as a £200 1TB one?

It would be more reliable imo, smaller drives tend to be more reliable as they are 'tried and tested'.
