Recently my cars steering has felt almost unconnected to the front right wheel and like both wheels are pointing in different directions. It was tracked quite recently so i decided to see what's what by putting my original shocks back on.
I noticed that my drivers side wishbones (4 months old) has a small groove just next to where the arb linkage is. You can definetly see a line that looks like a stress mark although comparing it too my old one's theirs isn't to much difference.
The steering wheel has to be help at the 2 o'clock position to keep the car in a straight line and when i'm hitting bumps and one wheel is loosing traction you can feel the car take a different line and almost skip across the road.
So would all this indicate that the wishbone is bent?I have and old one to put on but the bushes arn't in the best of condition and i have found that the arb links seem to fall to pieces when removing them so don't want to change it to find out it's normal.
