Possibly cold starting issue on 182 ?

When I start my car from cold the engine revs slightly higher than normal and this is okay. But lets say I move off in first gear and then,as I am stopping, dip the clutch after a few yards the revs briefly rise to around 2k before settling at cold idle speed (around 1.1k).

It has only just started to do this and I am wondering if there is some issue developing or anything I can do to sort it out ?

I've got the same problem on my 182, sometimes takes as long as 5 mins before revs calm down. Been like that for a while now and doesn't seem to be causing any problems.

Would also like to know if people think this is a problem worth looking at.
