Powdercoating/Spray Painting Turinis

Looking at getting my Turinis refurbished and trying to decide between powdercoating and painting - every chance they will be a dark anthracite

Both have advantages/disadvantages

Powdercoating seems the most popular option, being more durable

Probably leaning that way if I can make sure the centre caps will match (can't be powder coated as plastic)

Just wanted to double check that the Turinis can withstand the temperatures of powdercoating? I've read some horror stories online, which I feel are rarities but just want to double check!

Many Thanks

Powder is a solid form so it can't be mixed like paint and colours can be very hard to match.
With paint it can be mixed with what ever colour you want and matched.

I have heard the if a powder coater puts the powder on too thick it can be hard for the wheel to be balanced correctly and can cause issues and it can also look sh*t.
