Power at the wheels

Hello. Im new here. I have a question.
I recently bought a 2003 Clio 172. I dyno'd it (not too sure of how accurate the test was but looks good) and the results said 146HP at the wheels.
Is this normal for clio 172? or is this underpowered? It had a timing belt change not long ago.

yeah, that wants converting to "at the fly"

might be a website that'll do it. Should say on your readout woulda thought

Few sites on the net say to add 20-25% to get power at the flywheel, so that gives me 170ish, so I guess im all good Great!
