power increases

i'm looking to get a new exhaust system and induction kit on my mk2 ph2 1.2 16v. what sort of power increases can i expect?

none to be honest. Just lose weight from the car to go quicker.

As above....NONE! It will just sound different. Losing weight is your best mod. (Not you, the car!)

i had a rolling road of 88bhp (doubt it was that high in the REAL world) on my old car many years ago, the key is hard mileage and lots of it!
