Yeah if you look at the bottom it says 123kw....but that is at 7k which is odd/wrong

You have seriously over estimated the weight of the vehicle which has completely thrown the calculations out.
The power is calculated at the wheels with RS tuner, which is normally about 140bhp for a 1*2, you need to convert it from kW to BHP though, a google search will lead you to a conversion tool.

Also the massive dip at around 6500rpm looks really wrong to me

i was going on the 1490kg plus 80kg (my weight plus clothes and trainers) = 1570kg

1093 kgs (with alloy bonnet)
1100 kgs (without alloy bonnet)
These measurements were taken from a car with a full tank of fuel and do not include the driver
Its the "kerb weight" we were after, which is 1035kgs...

Thats what manufacturers quote and when people talk about the weight of a vehicle, this is what they mean.

To compare:

mk2 172 = 1110kg
Cup 172 = 1021kg
