Power steering noise?

Need some help guys/girls

If say a car with pas, is stationery, handbrake on in neutral, just idling, why does the power steering make a juddering noise when its turned slightly to the left or right.

Does this mean a lack of pas fluid?

my valver did this until i tightened the aux belt, it was skipping when the PS was under load

Just check the PAS fluid level if you think it might be that wtf

Just sounds like the pump to me.

low pas level - top up and check for leakage on pipes

its on a corsa 1.6 sport v reg hoping its the fluid level
