power steering

every time my brother goes for a drive and comes back he has got power steering fluid coming out of the lid,if you clean it off it just comes back again after another journey,any ideas what this could be??? (16v)

yer why? it seems to be coming out of the lid,the little hole in it,too much pressure??

mine does that but i cant get the lid off the person i bought the car off done it up to tight, i just keep mopping it up.
