powered coated or painted?

:S just phone two places tht do custom paint work for wheels...one does powered coated and the other paints thenlaquers them...which is the best that wont flake off

powdercoat IMO, can handle heat much better

On the other hand, proper paint gives a better gloss, and powder coat can be prone to cracking.

Applied properly neither should flake though.
