Heya guys and gals, i'm looking at buying the following but i'm not 100% sure on which sizes i need for my 172 cup, anyone have the answer, no guess work please though 
I've done a few searches and came up short for the 172cup (i'm sure i've read a post on it before though somewhere so a link to it would also be good!), thanks in advance
