Powerflex wishbone bushes.

I'll be taking delivery of some bushes next week. Now I know the sleeves need welding in, firstly how do I do this and also one of the guys in work said he will TIG weld them for me so should I weld them in completely or just tack them in.

I'm amazed at that wishbone, is it stamped?
is it strong enough?

haven't bought my Clio yet, so stil learning about them as I go.

more questions, I like the powdercoating btw.
are these arms the same as on other clio's?
if they are i'm thinking of getting some from the scrapyard , refurbishing them with powerflex and having them powdercoated like yours.
