Pressure wash help -*pic inside*

Hi guys, i knew we had one in the back of the garage!!

So, can anyone tell me how this works lol? Anything imparticular i need to know? Do i connect a normal hose up to it etc?

And most importantly, can i get a snow foam to use with this as thats what i want to use it for?

Snow lance will connect into trigger section. Just connect hose up to black nipple thing sticking out of side and you are away.

Hose onto the black connector. Plug it in. Go.

That pipe is for if you have a bucket of water iirc.

You have to have a snowfoam adapter mate. Like a bottle that attaches on the end.

Without seeing it I would say you plug a normal hose to it with a hoselok connection at the bottom. Side now I can see it.

Can anyone recoment a snowfoam lance and any gear i will need to go with it, any info at all would be great as i have zero knowlege on this area at the moment

Cheers Dave, any recomendations on which one to get, what foam do i need and how do you actually use it on ur car? Would you still use a mit to clean like you would with a normal bucket or does the snow foam eliminate that and simply spray on, leave, then spray off and clean?

TBH if you're not sure how and when to use it you're best off looking through the sticky'd thread on washing at the top of the section. snow foaming should not replace the need to wash properly, but it can be used as an intermediate rinse.

they are all the same lance, just a different attachment fitted dependant on make of your pressure washer. look at the fittings of the extensions that fit onto your trigger gun, look at the lances for karcher on the i4d link and you'll find the one. have a look for a PH nuetral or wax safe snow foam and away you go.

Cheers mate, i would want to use it as a replacement wash, just wondered if you washed in the snow foam with a mit while its on the car if you get what i mean?

Is magifoam anygood, it seems popular? And is that simply all i need, lance and foam?

Check it works before buying anything, it might be knackered after a few winters in the garage.

Great minds think alike mate, ive been out and checked and it still works. Its been boxed away and just comes out every so ofter to be used on the drive i think.

I purchased a HD lance from autobrite direct (DW group buy) and Magifoam 5L which lasts forever!

As a basic start for me Shampoo, Dodo born to be mild or as your a fellow BG owner I'm partial to a bit of Megs Gold class.

I'm yet to use iron X but I will be most definitely purchasing some in my next order. Fantastic product.

Thanks mate ive had a look and they have a great deal on a lance and snow foam so going to go for that. Ive decided on the magi foam as it seems popular
